Arjun overhears Mayavati and Varsha talking about Varsha's birthday night, and feels guilty for doubting Amrutha's fidelity. While Amrutha is annoyed at Sheetal, Arjun tries to make her jealous, but ends up romancing her.

The story walks through the happenings in Desai family. It is a traditional business family, headed by strict and stubborn Urmila Devi. Varsha and Amrutha, the two daughter in laws of Desai family, differs in personality. Amrutha is a lovable, innocent girl, who is the favorite daughter in law of Urmila, while Varsha is very selfish and rude. Arjun, Amrutha’s husband behaves like he has no love towards her.
