Reach For The Sky (Jay Briscoe ROH Theme) Metal Guitar Cover

This is definitely not the cover I was expecting to put up today - but the wrestling community lost an absolute GOAT less than 24 hours ago. Jay Briscoe, one half of the incredible Briscoe Brothers, passed away at 38 in a tragic car accident.

It's well known on this channel that I'm a big wrestling fan, and The Briscoes are one of my favorite tag teams to watch. They had an incredible 2022, proving time and again why they were the best tag team on the planet, and they were set up for an amazing 2023 as well. Alas, we will never know... may their families find peace in the middle of this tragedy.

I've been working through the night to crank out a tribute to Jay and his wrestling legacy, in the only real way I know how. Jay always had killer entrance themes, but Reach For The Sky is probably the most memorable - it's hard to ignore that nasty Pantera-esque groove. I'm very proud of how this ended up, and I hope it does enough justice to the career of a great wrestler and, if the community outpouring is any indication, a great person as well.
