The hilarious PETE HOLMES and JUDY GREER sit for an interview to discuss their new film, what will surely be a new Christmas-family-favorite - THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT EVER, which is of course based the book by Barbara Robinson, and later adapted into a stage play.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT EVER follows The Herdmans - six siblings who have a reputation for being the worst kids in the world. However, when they attend the local church during the holidays, Grace (Greer) and her husband Bob, (Holmes) along with their kids give them a chance to become part of the community and the all-important annual Christmas Pageant. Together, they just might teach a shocked community the true meaning of Christmas.

HOLMES gained recognition in the early 2010s as a stand-up comic, during which he launched his podcast 'You Made It Weird', released his first comedy special, and worked as an actor and television writer. Subsequently, he began his own late-night talk show 'The Pete Holmes Show', which ran on TBS for two seasons in the time-slot after Conan, a frequent champion of his work.
Holmes also created and starred in the semi-autobiographical scripted comedy series 'Crashing', which aired on HBO for three seasons.

Greer expanded into multiple genres with roles in films, such as 'The Wedding Planner', 'Adaptation', 'The Village', The Descendants, and the remake of 'Carrie'. She appeared in numerous blockbusters, such as 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes' and its sequel 'War for the Planet of the Apes', 'Jurassic World', 'Halloween' and its sequel 'Halloween Kills', and the Marvel Cinematic Universe films 'Ant-Man', 'Ant-Man and the Wasp', and 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3', She made her directorial debut with the comedy-drama film 'A Happening of Monumental Proportions'.

On television, Greer is best known for her starring voice role as Cheryl Tunt in the FXX animated comedy series 'Archer'. She also appeared in the comedy series 'The Big Bang Theory', 'Arrested Development', 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' and 'Kidding' among several others.

During the #interview, Greer discusses her rebellious-religious past, and how she relates to her character Grace, and Holmes tries to build the perfect Christmas movie-dad out of some Holiday icons.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT EVER opens in theatres today.
