Part 1 of our adventure flying around the highlands and islands of Scotland in our Van's RV-7. This flight was from RAF Cranwell to Newhall Mains with a quick stop in Perth for fuel. This flight was easily achievable without a refuel stop but fuel is limited and expensive in Scotland and we had grand plans for the following day so we wanted to arrive in Newhall Mains with as much fuel as possible!

This is the Van's RV-7 tailwheel aircraft that I built in my garage. Its first flight was in July 2023 and we now fly it everywhere we can visiting people and places and documenting our epic aviation adventures along the way for friends and family. We entered the British Air Racing Championship in 2024, winning the Schneider Trophy and coming second over all. We will continue to race and continue to improve the videos! I flew fighter jets for 20 years and now just enjoy flying around the country with my wife who is also a professional pilot although she lets me do most of the flying!
