At the moment, only our service center is able to service Helix products. The footswitches are mounted on a PCB assembly, so I don't believe that only one can be replaced. I unfortunately cannot advise on repair costs since the unit has to be inspected by a service tech first. I can say, though, that they provide a quote for the repair so at least you would ''know in advance''.

I have also attached our repair form to this message. The address is at the top of the form, on Milner Avenue in Toronto. Please note that it usually takes 8-10 business days after delivery for a service tech to start inspection/work. When the issue is found, they will provide you with a quote for the repair. If you decline, your unit will be sent back as-is and a standard bench fee of 35$ will be charged. If you accept, that bench fee is removed.

If parts need to be ordered to complete the repair, the service department should be able to give you an ETA for the repair.
