Woodrow Wilson's Call for Public Administration

Описание к видео Woodrow Wilson's Call for Public Administration

This is a brief introduction to Woodrow Wilson's "A Study of Administration". Although there has been criticism towards accrediting the politics administration dichotomy to Wilson (Van Riper 1984), the previous notion of the dichotomy referred to politics as partisan rather than policy dependent (Rosenbloom 2008). For this reason, I provided the traditional interpretation.

Note: The introduction suggests that the title begins with "The". However, Wilson's article begins with "A". The apostrophe at 3:02 is intentional as it indicates the power being possessed by sovereign people rather than referencing a group.
