This amazing video workout for kids will help them burn fat and calories in 30 minutes of enjoyable exercises!!

In order to burn calories and melt some of the body fat away, kids need to exercise regularly everyday - even at home, and they can do this workout in the living room or in their own room. These exercises are bodyweight and don't require any special equipment. This routine consists of medium-impact cardio exercises that can help speed up the metabolism, thus burning more body fat. Kids will do stand routines and mat exercises consisting of weight-bearing exercises that strengthen the entire body. We'll do this in two sets and finish off with a nice stretch.
