Can I Carry A Gun & Have A Medical Marijuana Card in Florida?

Описание к видео Can I Carry A Gun & Have A Medical Marijuana Card in Florida?

A question that never seems to go away. Can I have a concealed weapons or firearms license, CWFL, and a medical marijuana card at the same time? It is not a crime to have a CWFL and a medical marijuana card at the same time. The only issue in having both CWFL and a medical marijuana card is when the holder of the medical marijuana card begins filling their prescription and using marijuana. Under federal law, marijuana is still a controlled substance and is illegal to possess regardless of whether the state in which the person resides has made it legal or decriminalized it. Further, federal law prohibits you from being a habitual user or addicted to marijuana and possessing a firearm. This video discusses all the complications and legality of possessing both a CWFL and a medical marijuana card in Florida. ‪@TheFirearmFirm‬
