Here comes my trusty old 55 Hardtail Stratocaster again to recreate the delicious sound of Mark Knopfler's early effort.
The secret of this tune is the open a tuning. Only this makes it possible to recreate this tune properly.
The backing track was made by myself in my little studio.
The guitar sound comes from an old brownface vibrolux. The same amp that Knopfler used on his first record in 1978.
