今天是2024年7月2日，济南几乎下了一整天的雨。上班时雨势很大，下班时雨几乎停了。在上班的路上，我遇到了一个极其没有素质的车主，车牌号是鲁A 5JP03。他在雨天积水很多的情况下，飞快行驶，把雨水溅到路人身上，还随意加塞。这种行为简直是无法忍受！这种人真是给文明城市抹黑！
