I found the blower motor was super noisy when I was here for a maintenance not long ago. Therefore, I returned with the new blower motor. I pull the old blower motor out. Next I reinstall the blower motor. I wire up the high and low coils on the blower motor. Power up the motor and find out motor phasing causes wrong rotation. Therefore I swap L1 and L3 to correct the motor phasing.
