上海老破小區的神級改造：年輕人搶著入住，走在世界前沿 The Legendary Transformation of an Old Neighborhood in Shanghai

上海鞍山新村，建於上世紀70年代，人口曾達到100萬。如今，這個老舊小區看似普通，卻臥虎藏龍：大學生在這裡上課；疫情期間最重要的檢測設備在這裡研發；世界級大師，孟菲斯風格創始人之一Aldo Cibic在這裡蝸居……一條採訪了負責社區改造的同濟大學設計創意學院團隊，和他聊了聊這個小區的神改造。
Shanghai Anshan Xin Cun, built in the 1970s, once had a population of 1 million. Now, this old neighborhood looks like nothing special, but in fact it's the place where college students attend classes, where the most important testing equipment was developed during the outbreak, where Aldo Cibic, a world-class master and one of the co-founders of Memphis style, lives... YIT had an interview with the team from the School of Design and Innovation, Tongji University, responsible for the transformation, and talked about the community's legendary transformation.
