Family Camping Northern- Style, a Winter Camping & Ice Fishing Adventure with the Kids

Join me, Jim Baird, my wife Tori, our kids Hudson and Wesley, and our Husky dog North on a thrilling winter camping adventure in Northern Ontario. We snowmobiled across a frozen lake, set up a cozy canvas wall tent with a wood stove, and cooked venison steaks. The next day, we caught a big Splake ice fishing, enjoyed a campfire dinner, and gathered firewood as a family.

With a beautiful sunrise, we cooked bacon and eggs for breakfast on the wood stove. Navigating the thinning ice was a bit nerve-wracking, but we made it safely off the lake.
