Hi peeps! In this New Zealand travel vlog, we are going to take y’all with us to Arrowtown ( New Zealand) and puzzling world Wanaka (town). We can tell from the Youtube Analytics that you loved our first Queenstown New Zealand travel vlog. I cannot wait to see your reaction to this one!

As we said before, we are going to spend these holidays with our friends in Queenstown, New Zealand. We spent a little time on our own in Queenstown city centre and then our friends came to pick us up. What happened next is simply soooo memorable.

All of us wanted to enjoy Queenstown nightlife. We had no plan except to drink and wanted to go to a minus 5-degree ice bar. We started off with the Pedro’s by the lake. An 18-year-old boy was playing such great music. Later, we got to know that he was raising money for his college tuition fees! He was relying on tips and since he was not getting much, he started packing after a while but everyone was having such a great time so we asked him to stay a bit longer and he asked us to be generous with our tips. He also challenged the owner of the restaurant to dance and that’s how we ended up all dancing on the street! The night was looking promising

Then we went to a minus 5-degree ice bar. It was -8 degree inside but with the help of a lot of cocktails, we just went crazy. We were doing a dance-off in the middle of the bar!!! Who would have thought! Later, we went to another bar to have a few drinks. Just when we were a bit clueless, we heard this Irish music and oh man!!! How we got sucked into it right away!
This was the best thing that happened that night.

The band “Hair of the Dog” was playing for the last time in Pog Mahones pub. The head guitarist was leaving New Zealand for good. We did not know that at first, but when the people started getting emotional, they acknowledged that it was hard for them. The music they played that night was beyond any emotions and words. Our hearts were dancing and so were we. What a magical experience we had!

Obviously, the next day started a bit late. We had our coffee, chatted for a while and then we left for Arrowtown. Arrowtown is only a 15-20 mins drive from Queenstown. The drive itself was amazing and what surprised us was how colourful it was getting every minute. Autumn in Arrowtown is just so beautiful. Arrowtown is one of New Zealand’s hidden gems. It is a historic gold mining town. We spent a little time roaming around the town and had our lunch at Mantra. Our friends were impressed by the interior, but the food was delicious as far as we were concerned.

Later, we drove to Wanaka! Yet another town, an hour’s drive from Queenstown. Wanaka is famous for its adventure tourism but we decided to go to Puzzling world instead to mess with our heads. The puzzling world is such a cool place where there are illusion rooms and an outdoor maze. We had such a good time here.
