المقادير :

١/٤ -١/٣ كوب دهن
١ ملعقة كبيرة معجون الطماطم
علبة ٨ اونس صلصة الطماطم
٣ كوب ماء مغلي
٢ ملعقة صغيرة ملح او حسب الرغبة
.٢ كوب رز البسمتي
مغسول ومنقع لمدة ١٥ دقيقة ومصفى


Ingredients:

1/4-1/3 cup oil
1 tablespoon tomato paste
8 ounces tomato sauce
3 cups boiling water
2 tsp salt or as desired
2 cups basmati rice. Washed, soaked for 15 minutes and drained
