KRIMH - Strapping Young Lad - ALMOST AGAIN

And this gonna be the last Devin Townsend related video. ALMOST AGAIN is an amazing song by Strapping Young Lad and a big challenge to pull it off on drums.
Gene Hoglan wrote some intense stuff which took me quiet some time to figure out how to do it.
I had to ask Dirk Verbeuren how he leanred this song and he gave me the tip to start the double bass pattern with the left foot. So you not only have to play the hi-hat and bass drum pedal at the same time but also lead with your left foot. Say bye bye to your brain! :)

In case you wonder why I upload a couple of Devin and Strapping Young Lad songs lately: I was suppose to perform with Devin Townsend on his 2020 European Summer Festival run. Covid 19 made all shows to be canceled or moved to next year. As I have learn his material already I figured I could make a couple of drum play-through videos.I hope you enjoy it!
