Our latest live show at the Trent Navigation last week was another great night as Lewis McGugan was joined on the panel by Emily Anderson, Michael Temple and Mikey Clarke.

In the first half of the show we discuss Forest's start to the season, transfer window, Nuno's game management and Morgan Gibbs-White's long term future (recorded before his England debut).

The second half was an audience Q&A with topics including James Ward-Prowse and free-kicks, which led to Lewis giving us brilliant insight into taking free-kicks and his famous goal against Ipswich.
