Airline Introduces Intense Training Program To Address Pilot Shortage

Republic Airways says its pilot academy is so good that their graduates should be treated as if they’re trained by the military. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY on how the training program is aiming to have pilots fly commercial passengers sooner to address the country’s pilot shortage.
