Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu had a narrow when a train passed just a few inches away from him in the Vijawawada district of the state. The incident took place when the Andhra Pradesh CM was on a visit to rain-affected areas in the district to take stock of the situation.
The entire incident was recorded on camera. In the video accessed by Times Now, it could seen that the train passed very close to Naidu and other officials in the Madhura Nagar area of the district. Several other officials were also present at the spot along with the CM.
Heavy rains battered Andhra Pradesh in the past few days. Around 17 people were killed in rain-related incidents across the state. Thousands of people living in low-lying areas were shifted to safer locations. Vijayawada is the worst-affected district in the state. Several areas of the district reportedly submerged due to heavy rainfall.
