Alex talks about how his life changed at 16 years old. He had a promising sporting career ahead of him in rugby, when an on field accident landed him in a 4 day coma in the ICU.

Diagnosed with 4C Quadriplegia, Alex was not expected to have any movement from the chest down. Against all odds Alex’s resistance, wisdom, mindset and strength have seen him make incredible achievements.

Now at 21 years old, Alex goes into depth about what his life is like now, his achievements and his schedule. He opens up about his mental health surrounding his accident and everything he felt on that day.

Alex discusses his book ‘I Fight, You Fight’ in hopes to teach us how to live life to the fullest, no matter what it throws at us.
