These are the decorated cardstock/patterned paper measurements I used for my box:

Top of Outer Box
• 4 ½” x 5 7/8” Cardstock
• 4 ¼” x 5 5/8” Patterned Paper
Back of Outer Box
• 5/8” x 5 7/8” Cardstock
• 1 ¼” x 5 ¾” Patterned Paper
Drawer Box Front
• 1 3/8” x 5 7/8” Cardstock
• 1 ¼” x 5 ¾” Patterned Paper
• 5/8” x 6” Cardstock Handle
Drawer Box Sides – note: optional to just add patterned paper to sides. If you do this, use the measurements for the cardstock
• 1 1/8” x 4 3/8” Cardstock (2 pieces)
• 1” x 4 ¼” Patterned Paper (2 pieces)
Sides of Outer Box
• 1 3/8” x 4 ½” Cardstock (2 pieces)
• 1 ¼” x 4 3/8” Patterned Paper (2 pieces)
