Walcarka przenośna zostala zaprojektowana z myślą o ślusarzach wykonywających pracę na miejscu u klienta. Ażurowa konstrukcja zapewnia stosunkowo niską masę i przejrzystość wykonywanej operacji walcowania. Docisk rolki czynnej wykonywany jest za pomocą siłownika hydraulicznego. Walcarka napędzana jest ręczną korbą lub elektrycznie za pomocą gwintownicy/motoreduktora. Dzięki zamknięciu układu kinematycznego w maszynie, kotwienie maszyny jest zbędne. Maszyna wyposażona jest standardowo w zestaw hartowanych rolek do walcowania profili prostokątnych z możliwością wyposażenia w rolki do walcowania rur. Maksymalne wymiary walcowanych profili w zależności od maszyny wynoszą:
WRX 50: profil 50x50x2 [mm]/ rura Ø50,8x2[mm]
WRX 80: profil 80x80x3 /rura Ø80x2
WRX 100 profil 110x110x3/rura Ø104x2

Portable rolling mill is designed for ironworker who does his work at customer's place. Ribbed construction provides a relatively low weight and the transparency of perfomed bending. The pressure of top roller is performed by a hydraulic cylinder. Drive of the bender has been solved in two ways: manual or electric threader / gearmotor. Thanks to closed kinematic system in machine, there's no need to anchor it. WRX benders are equipped as standard with a set of hardened roller for rolling rectangular profiles with the possibility of equipping with rollers for tubes. Maximum dimensions of rolled profiles, depending on the machine are:
WRX 50: recatngular profile 50x50x1,5 [mm]/tube Ø50,8x2[mm]
WRX 80: recatngular profile 80x80x3/tube Ø80x2
WRX 100: recatngular profile 100x100x3/tube Ø104x2

Die tragbare Walzmaschine wurde für die Ausführung von Arbeiten beim Kunden vor Ort entwickelt. Durch die perforierte Konstruktion wird ein verhältnismäßig leichtes Gewicht erreicht und ein problemlose Beobachtung des Walzprozesses ermöglicht. Das Andrücken der aktiven Rolle erfolgt über einen Hydraulikzylinder. Die Walzmaschine wird über eine Handkurbel oder elektrisch über Gewindetrieb/Getriebemotor. Durch das in der Maschine eingeschlossene kinematische System ist eine Verankerung der Maschine nicht erforderlich. Die Maschine ist standardmäßig mit einem Satz gehärteter Rollen für das Walzen von rechteckigen Profilen ausgestattet. Die Umrüstung auf Rollen für das Walzen von Rohren ist möglich. Maximale Abmessungen der gewalzten Profile für die einzelnen Modelle:
WRX 50: Profil 50x50x2 [mm] / Rohr Ø50,8x2 [mm]
WRX 80: Profil 80x80x3 / Rohr Ø80x2
WRX 100 Profil 110x110x3 / Rohr Ø104x2
