Here's my arrangement of Planxty Irwin by Turlough O'Carolan. I am playing a Paul Shippey rosewood mandolin which I recently acquired. It sounds fantastic and is well suited to Celtic music due to its sustain and great tone! I recorded it using a pair of Rode NT5 mics into Logic Pro and added a touch of reverb.
I am a guitar, mandolin and banjo teacher based in Telford, Shropshire in the UK.
