EVERY Jeep Grand Cherokee NEEDS This Mod.... especially the 5.7L, 6.4L, and 6.2L HELLCAT hemi engines. If you have never heard anything about a catch can, the basic concept is that it will collect any oil that would otherwise be sprayed into your engine (not good). As stated on the UPR website: "This system will eliminate oil from entering your intake by engine blow-by, which channels oil and trash into your direct air stream from the valve train." Overall this mod will help your Jeep Grand Cherokee stand up to the test of time just a little bit better. It can be installed on any Jeep Grand Cherokee (or other Mopar vehicle) from a Laredo, Altitude, to Limited X, SRT, or even a Trackhawk! This video goes through the steps showing you how to install a catch can on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I obviously installed this one on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. (Also the routing is fine - the hose is rated from -40 to +190 F)
