Introducing The Mizuno Pro 225 Irons the second generation of Mizuno's Hot Metal Blade and the most playable of the Pro series, the Mizuno Pro 225 Irons are designed for consistent ball strikers that prefer the look of a blade, but are seeking added distance.  The irons feature a revised CORTECH forged hollow body and a Grain Flow Forged multi-thickness face that combine to generate exceptional ball speeds. While distance is a boon in longer irons, better players seek precision and control in their shorter irons and wedges.  As such, the Pro 225's nine iron through pitching wedge are crafted using Mizuno's legendary Grain Flow Forged 1025E Pure Select mild carbon steel construction.  Additionally, the 9-PW are stabilized with a 431 steel back weight for added precision and a more penetrating ball flight.
