An EASY To TIE Salmon & Seatrout Fly - Squirrel Blue& Silver

A hairwing variant of one of the world's most effective Seatrout flies, the teal blue and silver. It will also do well for salmon and dollaghan trout.

Tied as a hairwing, it should give more security to the wing, making the fly last longer....especially with nippy trout!

I tied this after a conversation with a friend, who does quite well on these flies on the Moy estuary, county Mayo, fly fishing for seatrout.
