Eggless Nutella Stuffed Pancakes are my go-to if I am craving something chocolatey for my breakfast. It tastes like cake for breakfast but thankfully is very filling as you can eat as much as fruit with it plus skip the whipping cream for a lean down version. Strawberries and blueberries go very well with the Nutella stuffing and you can replace the all-purpose flour with the wheat flour for healthier version :)
