The Transmuter: A Treantmonk Guide (part 2 of 3)

Note: If I was to make a change here, I would prepare blindness/deafness at an earlier level to make use of the non-concentration option, especially paired with Hypnotic Pattern or Web. I would likely trade out Levitation earlier.

Welcome to my Transmuter build. This build I call "the pacifist" because this wizard doesn't do damage to enemies...at all. This is something I've been asked for years, can a Wizard be effective if they don't deal damage to the enemy? As you'll see with this build, very little needs to change to make this happen.
