There is this technique called centering, it's an essential tool to stop and take everything that is real in your life, and forget to purge your negative emotions and center on the reality of your existence, and thereby finding peace and serenity and tranquility. It means concentrating with as much focus as you possibly can on the present moment and trying to be free of thought. Our minds can determine our peace as long as we learn to center them in presence.
