My first cook on the Char-Broil Big Easy Oil Less Turkey Fryer. Overall it turned out good. I need to make some adjustments and show more patience next time.

Injection sauce

1 stick butter
1 stick Imperial vegetable oil spread (not margarine)
1/2 cup chicken stock
5 tbs Cajun seasoning
2 tbs smoked paprika

Cajun seasoning

3 tbs salt
3 tbs paprika
1 tbs black pepper
3 tbs onion powder
3 tbs garlic powder
1/2 tbs chili powder
1 tbs white pepper
