👉 The book has 30 #artsongs in Spanish, Catalan, and Portuguese, written by women composers from #Argentina, #Brazil, #Catalonia #Colombia, and #Cuba. It has a very comprehensive introductory study in English and Spanish, in which I explore the role of women within the music #ecosystem in #LatinAmerica and #Spain from the 19 century until now.
It has IPA and poetry translations, and the songs are amazing.
