STEPS TO TROUBLESHOOT

-Make sure that the LAN CABLE is properly connected in the back of the box and the other end of LAN CABLE is connected in LAN 3 or 4 of the modem
-Make sure that the HDMI or RCA Connector was connected properly to the TV
-On the remote control of Digibox press “MENU”
-On the Option Menu, find TOOL menu, then press OK button on the remote
-Choose “FACTORY RESET” then press 0000 then choose “OK”
-After reboot, in Language Settings, choose ENGLISH and then choose next on the lower side of the screen.
-On the Display Settings, Display scale 16:9 and Display mode Ignore and then choose next on the lower side of the screen
-On the GMT settings, GMT USAGE is Country, Country is Beijing, and then choose next on the lower side of the screen
-On the STB Signal mode change RF Input to IP Input and then choose next
-On Program Search kindly wait until the progress becomes 100%. Then press OK
Kindly scan the channels using CH+ CH button in remote to check if all the channels are scanned properly
