Sometimes the church appears to be fighting a losing battle. In Western Europe today, church attendance has been in decline for some time. Secularism appears to be winning. The book of Revelation reveals what's happening behind the scenes, how things will ultimately turn out. The wonderful news of this passage is that the Lamb wins. He not only wins, but he also includes Christians in his victory. The evil ones will make war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will overcome them because he is the Lord of Lords and the King of Kings.
