Hello Everyone, In this video we have explained what to inspect when you get the handover of your flat .

As the project has got Occupancy Certificate from Greater Noida Authority, the legal handover can now be taken. As per the process, post handover, we do report some anomalies that we observe in flat and builder fix those anomalies in consecutive inspection. This is my first inspection after handover and some minor works are still pending. I will be creating another video next week once the final inspection will be completed. The performa for registry is supposed to be approved by Authority i next 10-15 days, post that registry process will take approx 30 days. I have started the documentation process and will upload another video on what documents are needed and how to get them.
As suggested in my previous videos, the common areas are not yet ready so it will take some time to project to be habitable. But on this visit there are many improvements .
