Ciao a tutti! Ritengo che "GREAT HANDS FOR A LIFETIME" sia uno dei migliori metodi per la tecnica delle mani mai realizzato. Tuttavia Alcuni allievi si sono "lamentati" del fatto che il warmup più facile partisse a 130 bpm così ho deciso di registrarne 3 versioni: 100, 110 e 120 Bpm. Ora non avete scuse, buono studio!
