Ingredients

❤️To cook the spaghetti :
🍜 Spaghetti - 500g
🍜 Salt - 3/4 tsp
🍜 Oil - 3 tbsp
🍜 Water - 1 1/2 liter

❤️For the red sauce:
🍜 Tomato - 1/2 kg
🍜 Oil - 3 tbsp
🍜 Garlic - 3 tbsp
🍜 Onion -4
🍜 Capcicum - 1
🍜 Tomato -1
🍜 Cooked spaghetti water - 3/4 cup
🍜 Chilli flakes - 2 1/2 tsp
🍜 Pepper - 2 1/2 tsp
🍜 Sugar - 2 tsp
🍜 Salt to taste
🍜 Mixed pizza seasoning - 1 tsp
🍜 Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
🍜 Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
🍜 Cheese as required for your taste

🔥How to make it:

🔹In a large pot add one and half litres of water and heat the water until bubbles come.
🔹Without breaking the spaghetti put it in the hot boiling water.
🔹Once the spaghetti goes inside the water cook in the medium flame for 7 to 9 minutes.
🔹After 9 minutes train out the water and put spaghetti in a large tray sprinkle some oil and toss well with the oil so that the spaghetti will not stick with each other.
🔹Take half kg of ripped tomatoes in the tomato back side cut into cross and put in the water boil until the tomatoes becomes soft.
🔹Once the tomatoes become soft drain out the water and cool down completely in a mixer jar at the tomatoes without adding water make a smooth Puree.
🔹In a pot add 3 tablespoon refine oil once the oil get hot add 3 tablespoon finely chopped garlic and cook until it become golden brown.
🔹 Now add 4 onions finely chopped and cook until it becomes soft.
🔹Once the onion becomes soft add one large capsicum finally chopped one large tomato finally chopped and cook until the tomato becomes soft.
🔹Now pour tomato puree with that add the chilli flakes, pepper powder ,salt , sugar and 3/4 cup of spaghetti cooked water and cook until it comes to a boiling stage.
🔹Now add the cooked spaghetti with that had mixed Pizza seasoning and tomato now toss the spaghetti well with the red sauce.
🔹Finally add two tablespoons fresh cream for the creamy texture and mix well with the spaghetti now your creamy red sauce spaghetti is ready.
