In this video, from the previous advanced conversational hypnosis demonstration, we discuss the art of untying therapeutic knots using conversational hypnosis.

More commonly known as peeling back the onion in more traditional hypnosis terms, untying knots means to untie stuck things, thoughts, emotions, and conclusions that keep a client stuck in their problems.

When using conversational hypnosis to do this, we are asking strategic therapeutic questions to tease out unconscious information to find out what thoughts are conscious and what is unconscious - with the unconscious information being the most important.

This unconscious information can now paint a picture as to what is really happening inside the mind of your hypnosis clients and help guide them towards a more unconscious solution.
