At Butcher Steak & BBQ we create our own rubb, marinated at least 2 hours and then bring to smoke in low heat at 120 C Degree. For Brisket we smoke about 12 hours and rib in 9 hours…It is simple Texas BBQ and simple passion and patience. !!!
