[WPC continues High Risk of torrential rainfall for North Carolina & Virginia till this early weekend followed by Moderate Risk expands to include from Maryland to further north will be done by Friday or early Sunday morning!] torrential rainfall rates of 10.5 - 22.5 inches are possible within the heaviest storms!
