We will be discussing the three levels of frisson and some of the ways in which we can measure this phenomenon scientifically. This channel will explore the phenomenon of frisson, talk about the latest research and discoveries around frisson, and discuss strategies to tap into it voluntarily, which is known as voluntarily generated piloerection or VGP. Also known as psychogenic shivers and aesthetic chills, this channel will explore ways to use this phenomenon to maximize one's potential, increase connectivity to others, and enhance one's quality of life.
