Franki who is more widely known as Pepeng is a guy who works in a music industry, and also a graphic designer for some comic books. He just wrote his own comic book titled Setan Jalanan. He has got a talent in drawing since he was little, wherein he liked to draw and drawing comics as well as people’s faces was his expertise. His writings were also good, which made him wanted to be a comic writer. Little Frank loved music too. Since the first time he saw a musical performance, there was only one instrument that caught his attention: drums. Growing up, he became a freelance and continued to play drums until college. In college, his drawing hobby became a profession where he was a TV commercial storyboarder artist. Besides that, Frank formed a band which had a bright and promising future; the Naif band. But in the end, Frank had to make a decision on what to focus. He chose music and succeeded in it, in both Naif and Raksasa band. But then, the longing of his childhood dreams led frank to return to the illustration world. Working together with young and talented artists, he made and launched several comic books. Through his life story, he emphasized that he wanted to convey these messages: make plans, make it happen, and make your dream come true. Don’t be afraid to explore your interests or talents as you may be surprised how they can surpise you. Focus, know your priority, and know your limits. Dream, plan, and enjoy the process. As he came to the end of his speech, he showed the audience a music video of Setan Jalanan by Raksasa band of which he was in charge of the graphics in the video.
