What is the NXTPRO Circuit?

This season, all of the Select teams will be playing on the NXTPRO Circuit, a shoe circuit sponsored by Puma Basketball. The NXTPRO has several leagues, including the PRO16 and NXT.

But how exactly do these leagues work together under the same umbrella? Why does that matter and how is it different from other shoe circuits? What are the benefits to our players playing in the NXT League and how will this help their recruiting and overall experience?
