Alan Thrall Strongman Competition December 2019

Winter Warrior strongman competition was sanctioned by United States Strongman. I competed in the 220 lbs middleweight division (I weighed in at 213 lbs bodyweight).
The events were:
Viking Press - 260 lbs x max reps in 60 seconds
Car Deadlift (Jeep) - max reps in 60 seconds
Last man standing farmers carry - starting weight 260 lbs/hand (weight increase 20 lbs/hand)
Power stairs - 250 lbs & 300 lbs implements
Atlas stone series - 285 lbs, 305 lbs, 315 lbs, 335 lbs
