Yeah, the chorus isn't half as good as it should be the first time. You could just use the same chorus all the time.
I might do one or two more from Final Straw, but then I'll probably do more Lifehouse songs or just go to Snow Patrol's Hundred Million Suns album.
EDIT: Alternate chords for the chorus: The first four times you play that repeated chord, play C minor (C, Eb, G) instead. The next six you play Bb (Bb, D, F). Then play F5 ten times (F, C, and another F/C if you want to play an octave). The rhythm remains the same. I have made this change in the MIDI file and uploaded it to my website.

After you have both, put the MIDI in a folder that Synthesia checks for MIDI files (or tell it to add the folder that your file is in). You can set the speed to whatever you like (I have it set to 70% because if I didn't, the file size would get too large) to fit your learning capabilities. You can even pause and rewind if you download the MIDI file.
