Do you have a Mortar and Pestle? Before using them, the mortar and pestle need to be seasoned and conditioned properly before you can use them.
I will show you how to season, condition, and clean your unpolished granite mortar and pestle.

▷Directions

Add 5g of white rice and grind it into a fine powder.
Grind in 4 cloves of fresh garlic.
Add 2g of kosher salt, 2g whole peppercorn, and 2g of cumin powder into the mortar.
Grind until the mixture becomes a fine paste.
To clean, simply rinse and scrub with water.
Pat dry with a paper towel and let it air dry.
