Building a Round Kitchen Table with Sculpted Legs

I was commissioned by a local client to build a 50" round kitchen table with a 4-legged sculpted base assembly and posted a YouTube video sponsored by Minwax. I started with a set of templates that I drafted in 3-D space and cut out using my CNC. I then template routed the table parts and joined the parts using Domino slip tenons. Next, rounded over the parts to 3/4" to create a sculpted look. After finish prep, I used Minwax's Water Based Semi-Transparent Stain as the base color and Minwax's Weathered Grey Color Wash layered over the top. I then sprayed Minwax's Water Based Oil Modified Polyurethane as a durable top coat, and to achieve an ambered tone. I sprayed the topcoat, but always refer to the instructions on the label for the recommended application method.
