Chamre is a famous food dish of Nepal. Chamre is made from soaked rice. It is usually eaten as breakfast and sometimes as a meal. You can easily make it at home with your family. In the mountainous part of Nepal, it is a little difficult to find this dish. Because there is no paddy cultivation in the Himalayan region, the people there may not even know a little about this dish. Chamre is made with salt and sugar depending on the place or test.

Similarly, today we have made (Pickled leafy vegetables) Gundruk pickle, another famous dish of Nepal, to be eaten with Chamare. Which is one of the most popular food items in Nepal. Although Gundruk pickle is made in different ways according to the place and taste, today we have made its pickle with tomato and onion.

Potato fry is also a delicious dish to eat with Chamre. So we have fried the potatoes in the usual way.
