The Biggest Birria Beef Tacos Challenge I’ve Ever Tried in Auckland, New Zealand!!

American professional eater Randy Santel versus Broke Boy Taco's "Rich Boy" Supersized Birria Beef Tacos Challenge hosted by Broke Boy Taco at Ponsonby Social Club in the Ponsonby area of Auckland on New Zealand's North Island!! My girlfriend ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ and I left Tokyo, Japan in East Asia and flew down to Queenstown on the South Island of New Zealand to begin a multi-week eating challenge tour around both islands of New Zealand. For my third North Island food challenge while already in the Auckland area, we headed over to Ponsonby Social Club where at the time, our friend Sean from Kentucky who owns Broke Boy Taco was operating a ghost kitchen there. I was the first person to attempt and help kick off Sean's new "Rich Boy" Burrito-Sized Birria Beef Tacos Challenge and wow the supersized birria tacos were delicious!! I had just 30 minutes to feast on three supersized birria beef tacos made with large flour burrito tortillas. Each weighed around 1.5-1.75 pounds and the challenge also included 3 normal-sized cheesy birria tacos that Broke Boy Taco serves normally with delicious consommé. The beef was fantastic and so was the cheese and everything else the birria tacos came with, including Sean's super secret "Orange Sauce." I was trying to become just the first person to win my $120 NZD burrito-sized birria tacos meal free plus a spot on Broke Boy Taco's Wall of Fame!! BIG thanks to Sean (from Kentucky) the owner and everyone with Broke Boy Taco in Auckland, New Zealand on the North Island for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality!! Thanks also to everyone with Ponsonby Social Club for letting Sean host this challenge event there, before opening for normal services. Special thanks also to all our amazing friends who came up that Friday afternoon to watch and meet us!!
