Jurassic Park, Universal Resort, Orlando

On our recent Florida trip we did hop over to Universal Resort for a day* and my most favourite area is without a doubt the Jurassic Park area. I was so excited when I saw the dinosaurs - as you can tell by the opening scene.** Since our last visit 12 years ago there's a new ride - the Velocicoaster, but also the old favourite of River Adventure was still there and as good as it's always been.

This video shows you a brief glimpse of the JP Discovery Centre, the full River Adventure ride, the queue area of Velocicoaster and some outside clips of the ride itself. No on ride footage of the Velocicoaster as you weren't allowed to film***.

* It was far too expensive to do more than one day!
** Actually the excitement here was that I'd seen the JP t-shirts. I had bought one back in 2012 and it was my most favouritest t-shirt ever! But unfortunately I wore it until it was full of holes and couldn't wait to buy a new one!
** Universal were not as accommodating as Disney about filming any of the rides. Might be a health and safety thing but even on the Ripsaw water ride I wasn't allowed to. Boring buggers.
