So I decided to put a twist on Mexican Street Corn by putting it on a pizza!!! Yup, I am making Mexican Street Corn Pizza!! 1 Pizza Dough
4 Bacon Slices, Cooked and Crumbled
1 Jalapeño, Seeded and Sliced
1/2 Red Onion, Sliced
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
1/3 Cup Sour Cream
4 oz. Cotija Cheese, Crumbled
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
Cilantro
